All Out Combat Rules

Open combat rules for the All Out event. The goal is real PvP practice — city defense, counter-hits, bubbling discipline, and response coordination. Not kingdom drama.

// Quick Summary

  • · Blacklist cities and gathering points are valid targets during All Out.
  • · Hit a Blacklist city → your TC is fair game until it starts burning, you bubble, or you stop engaging.
  • · Hit a Blacklist gathering point → Blacklist may respond against your gathering points only. Not your TC.
  • · Do not hit burning TCs.
  • · No zeroing. Ever.
  • · One player hitting Blacklist does not make their entire alliance a target.
  • · No drama. No personal attacks. Fight clean.

Core Rule

During All Out, Blacklist cities and Blacklist gathering points are valid targets.

This applies whether the Blacklist target is:

  • ·Inside Blacklist territory
  • ·Outside Blacklist territory
  • ·On a gathering point
  • ·Sitting in open map space

No permission is required to hit Blacklist during All Out. A hit against Blacklist during this event should not automatically become a diplomatic issue.

Response Rules

City Hits

If a player hits a Blacklist city, their TC becomes a valid Blacklist response target.

Blacklist may hit that TC until one of the following happens:

  1. Their city starts burning
  2. They bubble
  3. They stop engaging and the fight naturally ends

The response target is the player who chose to engage Blacklist — not their whole alliance, unless that alliance escalates.

Gathering-Point Hits

If a player hits a Blacklist gathering point, Blacklist may respond against that player's gathering points only.

Gathering hit gathering response only

City hit TC response allowed

Repeated gathering hits do not open TC retaliation. TC retaliation only becomes valid if the player hits a Blacklist city or escalates into direct city combat.

What Is Allowed

Other players may

  • ·Attack Blacklist cities
  • ·Attack Blacklist gathering points
  • ·Hit Blacklist inside or outside Blacklist territory
  • ·Counter Blacklist players who engage them
  • ·Bubble, teleport, or retreat at any time
  • ·Use Blacklist as an active PvP target during the event

Blacklist may

  • ·Defend its cities
  • ·Counter-hit engaging players
  • ·Hit the TC of players who attack Blacklist cities (until burning, bubbled, or disengaged)
  • ·Respond to gathering-point hits against gathering points
  • ·Coordinate R4-led defensive or retaliatory actions

What Is Not Allowed

  • ·Personal attacks in world chat
  • ·Harassment outside normal gameplay
  • ·Dragging old disputes into All Out
  • ·Treating one hit as kingdom-wide drama
  • ·Automatic retaliation against an entire alliance
  • ·TC retaliation for gathering-point hits
  • ·Hitting burning TCs
  • ·Zeroing players
  • ·Continuing attacks after the target bubbles, burns, or stops engaging
  • ·Using Blacklist as an excuse to start unrelated conflicts
  • ·Complaining after choosing to engage Blacklist under clearly posted rules

Keep it clean. Fight in-game. Leave the drama out.

Alliance Escalation

Blacklist's default response is player-specific. One player hitting Blacklist does not make their alliance a target.

However, if multiple players from the same alliance coordinate against Blacklist, reinforce the attacker, join the fight, or escalate the situation, Blacklist may treat that as broader alliance involvement for the duration of the engagement.

R4s make the escalation call — not random players.

Even if an alliance escalates, the no-zeroing rule still applies. Burning TCs are never valid targets.

Blacklist Member Expectations

This event ruleset creates real risk. During All Out, Blacklist members may be hit. Cities may burn. Gatherers may be attacked. Players may need to bubble, teleport, reinforce, heal, or counter-hit quickly.

If a player or farm does not want that risk, they should leave Blacklist before All Out begins.

Blacklist is opting into combat for this event.

R4 Enforcement

Blacklist R4s keep responses proportional and prevent emotional escalation.

  • ·Explain the rules before All Out starts
  • ·Remind Blacklist members of the risk
  • ·Keep responses proportional when only gathering points are hit
  • ·Allow TC response only when Blacklist cities are hit
  • ·Stop attacks once a TC starts burning
  • ·Enforce no zeroing
  • ·Prevent world chat drama
  • ·Stop players from turning All Out fights into personal disputes
  • ·Decide when an enemy alliance has escalated beyond a single player
  • ·Keep the event focused on combat practice, not revenge

The goal is controlled combat, not chaos.

These rules apply to the All Out event only unless Blacklist leadership announces otherwise.
